wymiana plików w sieci 1

The Internet has long been used not only to search for information and entertainment. Most people using the network exchange files – download, share them, make available, send. An e-mail box is not enough. Some documents are simply too large to send them in this way. Here are some other ways to exchange files on the network.

P2P

Peer to Peer is a method that allows simultaneous downloading and making files available. Services can work on central servers or use files’ fragments of many users at the same time. The first way is more dangerous for the same service can be charged with piracy and closed.

P2M

The way a bit like P2P but with the use of a mailbox (Peer to Mail). Today, email accounts have the capacity which is large enough and not too extensive video files (for example, a film divided into smaller parts) can be transmitted through them. But besides the application we have to possess also hash codes – they include the location of the document. These special codes are located on sites or Polish servers specializing in files-sharing in the network.

HTTP

Thanks to hosting services files are made available by placing the appropriate link. The user downloading the document does not make it available at the same time. You can use this kind of services for free, but to limited extent. Increased number of downloads is possible assuming a paid account.

A local network

It is the perfect solution for people who cooperate and have to frequently exchange files or work on the same project. A local network can be created with computers from one office, but also from the whole company. Depending on your needs, you can share their content with specific users. In the folders you can store and exchange files of different formats and sizes.
